Nature-based therapy, also known as eco-therapy or outdoor therapy, offers a grounded alternative to traditional talk therapy by bringing our work into the outdoors. These sessions take place at select public parks in the Twin Cities metro area, combining the benefits of therapeutic conversation with the healing qualities of nature.
