And most importantly, when you have complete control over payment for your services, you never have to worry about your insurance company deciding if your needs are justifiable enough to continue your services. The duration of your care and the approaches you utilize to seek healing are collaboratively determined between you and your therapist…as it always should be. Not by a third party whose ultimate priority is to increase profits by withholding coverage when you may need it the most.

A cancellation submitted within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will result in a fee of $80. A fee of $100 will be applied for no call/no show appointments.

Medical costs can be scary, but Evoke strives to make it easier for you. As a client, you have the right to a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Health care providers are required by law to provide patients without insurance or not using insurance with an estimate of their medical bill.
